Daylight in Lisbon

Lisbon is great. Full of hills, cobblestone, and leaves turning yellow, it's charming, but it's also rough around the edges. On the main boulevard you'll be offered hash 6 times before you reach the end of it. If you say no to hash they'll up the offer; "Marijuana? Cocaine?". Pick your poison.
The beer is cheap, and the walls are tagged simply and in many colors. They remind me of the note pads used to test gel pens in art shops. Colorful little signatures and catchphrases all over the city. A few of my favorites were "Go Kevin!' and "Hotdog Soup Yes!".
It's a swirling place, and I like it.
